SWORD has a unique method of tracking Managed Service Contracts (MSC)and/or Maintenance Plans.

 

To track an MSC:

 

Open the appropriate customer record from the Main Menu Browse option.

 

 

 

Select the Equipment +MSC TAB on the Customer Master Record window.
