Surveying your Customers for their level of satisfaction of your services is a great way to keep informed of how well your company is performing. SWORD provides a simple, yet very effective way to quickly and easily survey one or more customers. Plus, SWORD includes accumulative database for tracking historical and periodical survey results.

 

Setting-up Survey Questions

 

Survey Questions are set-up in the Company setup ... windows.

 

Open the Company Setup Window and set the Survey tab.

 

 

SWORD provides up to 10 default Survey Questions, which are designed to be answered by a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being the best).

 

Yes or No questions can be handled by:

 

Yes = 10 or No = 0
