All per agreement work orders are Add orders starting with A unless they are related to a specific service issue requested by the customer or staff member.

•Write all per agreement work orders beginning with “Per agreement ______”.
•All agreement work orders must have a copy of the agreement attached, unless the technician has already been given a copy of the agreement and still has the copy.
•All work that is not per agreement must be added to a separate billable work order.
