| • | Special consideration will be given to pre-field orders in which closing the sale hinges upon having the work scheduled sooner than our standard 5 business day window. |
| • | Attach the Service Department Pre-field package to any order requiring a pre-field. |
| • | When completing pre-field orders, return the original pre-field package and a copy of the work order to the requesting sales person. |
