Pre-field orders are no charge orders designed to assist us in the pre-sales process.

•Pre-field orders are Add orders that are to be scheduled within our standard 5 business day service goals.
•Special consideration will be given to pre-field orders in which closing the sale hinges upon having the work scheduled sooner than our standard 5 business day window.
•Attach the Service Department Pre-field package to any order requiring a pre-field.
•When completing pre-field orders, return the original pre-field package and a copy of the work order to the requesting sales person.
