A historical log of key activity can be easily recorded in SWORD, along important Reminders.

The CRM icon provides access the the followup reminders for the person logged into SWORD.
Optionally, SWORD can automatically open the CRM table for 'Activities That Require Follow-up' upon startup if the option is checked on the Employee and Sub-contractors edit form.
