All customers are assigned a unique Customer Master Reference Number. Sometimes the Customer Master Reference Number is also referred to as:

 

Refnum

Reference #

Reference No.

Customer Reference Number

SWORD Refer #

 

All customer related records, such as Service Orders, CRM Notes and Surveys, get assigned this number.

 

The Customer Master Reference Number appears on a variety of windows and reports.
