All of the SWORD fields begin with SOC: meaning Service Order Customer, as shown in the QuickBooks New Customer window below.

 

SOC:NAME is the QuickBooks Master Record Name, which is also the SWORD Master Name Record

SOC:COMPANYNAME is the QuickBooks Company Name Field
